Where to fill your prosthesis prescription
Pick a region and a type of prosthesis. We will show you the workshops that hold a contract for it with NFZ, the National Health Fund of Poland, this year. We pull the data straight from NFZ at the moment you search.
This is NFZ data, not ours: the results come from the NFZ contract register, we keep no list of our own. The register updates with a delay, so a contract may have ended before you got here. Call before you travel and make sure the workshop supplies this type of prosthesis.
Workshop address or registered office: Where we have checked a workshop, the card shows the address where patients are seen, with the date it was checked. In the remaining cases this is the provider's registered address. Confirm by phone or on the workshop website.
The names are simplified. I check every NFZ product code that belongs to the type you choose.
I have the product code from my prescription
Picking a code narrows the search to that code alone. Codes marked as old come from the previous regulation and hold no contracts this year.

Who runs this finder
Fundacja Świat Bioniki. We run a portal about prostheses and about life after amputation, and this is one of the tools we make available on it. The register of workshops belongs to NFZ, we only make searching it easier.
What happens when you search: your browser connects directly to the NFZ server. Your IP address and the query itself, meaning the region and the product code, reach NFZ. The portal never receives this data and stores it nowhere. Details in the privacy policy.
