Foundation and organisation support

Not every need is covered by NFZ or PFRON. Sometimes the gap is a better socket, a rehabilitation stay, or equipment that has no formal funding path yet. It helps to know that there are organisations that specialise in exactly this kind of support. Below are two we recommend - established, active, and focused specifically on people after amputation.

Centrum Rehabilitacji "Znowu w Biegu" Foundation

A Kraków-based foundation running its own rehabilitation centre for people after amputation and mastectomy. The team specialises in working with people with mobility disabilities and offers stays combining physiotherapy with specialist consultations. Registered public benefit organisation, KRS 0000749510.

Poland Business Run Foundation

Organiser of Poland's largest charity relay run, whose proceeds go to people after amputation, mastectomy, and other mobility disabilities. The foundation funds prostheses, wheelchairs, orthopaedic equipment and rehabilitation, accepting applications year-round. Based in Kraków.

These are organisations independent of Świat Bioniki Foundation. We do not act as intermediaries in applications and cannot guarantee any support will be granted - please contact the relevant organisation directly for rules, deadlines and funding amounts. Information verified on 1 August 2026.
